Pianist/Keyboard or Organist

Part-time position for Sundays and special services music.

May also include directing a choir, directing/accompanying soloists and instrumentalists in a traditional setting, and keyboard accompaniment with the praise band.

Preschool Teacher

Mt. Olive Lutheran Preschool is hiring an experienced Preschool teacher for the 2022-2023 school year.

The qualified teacher will work with students who are 18months-2 years old.

One of the main focuses of this individual will be preparing the children for the Preschool 2’s class in our Lutheran School.


Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Lesson planning
• Attend weekly school chapel
• Teach Religion
• Fun Activities
• Social and emotional development
• Behavior management
• Storytelling
• Attend Staff meetings
• Communication with parents
• Assessments and parent/teacher conferences

Volunteer Positions

Usher

It doesn’t matter if you are 18 or 80! We are in need of volunteer ushers!

• We need one usher for the morning service
• We need two ushers for the late service on the 3rd Sunday of every month

Your help in this area would be most appreciated! If you would consider serving, contact the church office at info@connectwithjesus.org or 512-288-2370.

Offering Counters

Please consider volunteering one Sunday per month to count the offering.

You could choose either the 3rd or 4th Sunday. This task usually takes between 1 and 2 hours after the late service and then take the deposit to the bank.
